Steven & Sharonne Beam

Steve and his wife, Sharonne, live and work in Auckland, New Zealand.

Between them they have four children living and working in the USA, New Zealand, Peru and China.

Steve founded and pioneered the work of Missionary Ventures International from 1983 to 2008 and then Foundation for Missions from 2008 to 2021 with offices in the US, Canada, Europe, Russia, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. These offices sent mission teams, funds, expertise, aid and relief to over a hundred countries worldwide. 

Steve has over 30 years of experience around the globe setting up nonprofit entities in many developing countries and working with indigenous leaders to establish Bible schools, primary schools, vocational educational programs, community development programs, hospitals, clinics, orphanages, feeding centers, and planting thousands of churches each year.

Steve and Sharonne are now retired from overseeing missionary organizations and are focused on writing, teaching, counseling and communicating on behalf of missions worldwide.
