We are fortunate to be serving at Bethany church in Masatepe, Nicaragua. Our primary focus is with the youth at the church and the surrounding community. Getting to serve the Lord next to my wife, spending the afternoons igniting the creativity of kids with all sorts of arts and crafts, is my favorite part of the day. Connecting with youth, discipleship, Bible studies, mentoring groups, Sunday school,
Saturday community outreach, and generally helping wherever we are needed rounds out a good portion of the rest of our time here at the church.
I have been serving for 11 years as a missionary, starting in Mexico, then
Guatemala, and now Nicaragua. I met my wonderful wife, 
Yolanda, here in Nicaragua and we are now starting our 2nd year together as a missionary couple. Yolanda loves children and has a great desire to learn more about God through Biblical studies. God has blessed us with little Josiah who was born in November 2021. Our little king Josiah is a huge blessing, and the exciting, exhausting, exhilarating adventure (and the 100 other words that I am too tired to think of right now) of parenthood lays before us. I can’t wait to see what God will do through us and teach us along the way.
I have been ordained through Commission Ministers Network. But I have been and continue to raise funds to support this missionary work through CTEN.
