Mike and Valerie Boado are global missionaries. Together, their ministry started in Tagum City, Philippines. There they pioneered the NEOS Fellowship Center in 1990. For the next 30 years, Mike and Val worked in Tagum to evangelize, disciple, train, and equip the NEOS staff and members to take over the leadership. A thriving church is now going strong in Tagum.
For the next three years, they lived in the hill country of Texas. Their ministry was to travel to foreign fields in order to take care of and encourage missionaries.
Mike and Val are now missionaries wherever God puts them. Currently they are in the process of moving back to the Philippines to be a part of NEOS but to only be consultants and encouragers. Their ministry is now focusing on encouraging men and women in ministry.
Val is a life coach, a discipler and a mentor. She meets with women online who live all over the world. It is a joy for her to bring women closer to the feet of Jesus.
Mike is working closely with the NEOS staff and members to disciple and mentor them to be more and more effective in ministry.
They are open and available to travel to visit missionaries who would like or who need an in-person visit.
