In 2008, the Lord impressed on him to reach out the lost souls, not only in the town of Malasiqui, but also in the whole province of Pangasinan. His compassion for lost souls prompted him to organize a local mission named Pangasinan Bible Mission of which he is the Director. He trains pastors, leaders & workers who are to be sent out to different towns in the province of Pangasinan while concurrently pastoring Malasiqui Bible Church. From 2008-2016, there have been three organized local churches planted in the towns of Bayambang, Basista & Calasiao. He is continually training & equipping pastors & workers, and works hand in hand with them in evangelizing the lost souls and making disciples.
