I served Union Gospel Ministry in Portland as assistant to the Men’s Ministry Director (part-time 
paid position) from 2020 to 2022. For the past year, I have taught new men at UGM a class that God has given me called “Who Am I?” I seek to encourage the men to get a view of themselves as redeemed men who understand how God has made their souls, how the parts of their souls operate (heart, spirit, mind, body, will, relationships). Also my prayer is that they will be encouraged to strengthen their souls so they can see what purpose God made them for (Eph 2:10), where He is leading them, and to begin to believe and have faith in His purpose for them. God has blessed me by this experience. I now see people not on the outside, but in their inside (their souls). God has given me His compassion for ALL people, regardless of how they look or act on the outside. I am blessed!
