Beginning with a burden to reach the unreached, ML has led short-term mission teams to post-Christian Europe to evangelize the unreached and welcome African refugees. While attending a discipleship course, God further focused that burden into a love for those who do not yet know Jesus and an immediate call to mobilize churches to cross-cultural ministry, leading ML to serve with a missions education organization. After several years of mobilizing churches and educating other Christians, he has been called to serve refugees and work within the Muslim community to evangelize, disciple, and support ethnic house churches focused on reproducibility and multiplication, both here and abroad. In obedience to the Holy Spirit’s lead, ML is now also working within the Zoroastrian community to develop strategies specific to this very unique group of nonbelievers.
