Our current ministry is serving in Japan. We are transitioning into a whole new ministry in the Philippines within the next year. We will be working alongside, Kids International Ministries. Adam will be serving as the sports director overseeing a team of people for basketball and volleyball programs at a Christian school, community b-ball league, overseeing mission trips and sports teams who come to work with the ministry, planning, and running tournaments and sport-related outreach events, developing ongoing relationships in the community incorporating both sports and Bible studies into the program. I will be ministering with KIM as the head of the Teams ministry. I will be overseeing a team of people to organize, plan, and involve the 1500 people a year who come on mission trips to KIM. I will be responsible for organizing my team who will be preparing meals, cleaning facilities for the mission teams, assigning rooms, overseeing team hosts who help the mission teams while they are at the ministry, scheduling ministry opportunities, organizing outings and ministry events, coordinating drivers, etc. As a family, we will also be taking in several teenage sibling groups from the KIM Children’s Home who have touched our lives. We will be helping them experience a real family and prepare them to transition out of child services and eventually into independent living.
We raise our funds with CTEN. We are both Ordained through CMN.
