Bennett and his fiancee Kayle both come from backgrounds of summer camp and ministry. Bennett has been involved in camp ministry since he was a baby and has continued to serve camps in different roles throughout the years. Bennett graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a kinesiology B.A. in recreation and sport management with an emphasis on outdoor recreation, as well as a business minor in management. When Kayle was in the third grade, her family answered God’s call to be missionaries in Peru where she lived until her senior year of high school.
Bennett and Kayle met at Diamond Arrow Christian Conference Center while both serving as Jr. Counselors for a kids camp. They continued to serve at other camps until their paths crossed again and they both decided to serve at Rock-N-Water Christian Camps for a summer. They began dating after the summer season and got engaged in 2022 at one of their favorite adventure spots. During their free time, they enjoy going on adventures such as rock climbing, hiking, rafting, and
skiing /snowboarding. Bennett and Kayle are looking forward to their wedding in May of 2023 and serving together at Mt. Hope Bible Camp.
Bennett is currently serving as the Program Director and Outdoor Activities Coordinator at MHBC. He will be responsible for and mentor the summer missionary staff. As well as establishing the programs for MHBC-led camps and retreats. Kayle is the Guest Services Manager and her responsibilities include welcoming groups as they arrive and making sure they are well taken care of. They will be working together to facilitate MHBC programs and activities.
Bennett and Kayle would love to have your support, whether through prayer or finances. Prayer for their new marriage as they minister together would be greatly appreciated as well as financial support as Kayle works as a full-time missionary.
