Raised as a missionary kid in Japan, my entire life, I have been part of ministry. Over the past couple of years, I realized my desire to serve as a missionary as well. Little did I know that it would lead me to another country.

I have felt called to serve in the Philippines as a support-raising missionary. I am partnering with Kids International Ministries. I am the main contributor and teacher for a preschool intended for orphaned children from local children’s homes and children in the local community.
“Joy in the Valley Preschool” has been established to not only provide a safe, loving, learning environment for the children, but to go further & connect with families. This preschool has been able to give children who otherwise wouldn’t be able to attend school an opportunity to learn. Combining my bachelor’s degree in early childhood education & my passion for children, this ministry is a perfect fit.
