Alexandre Mugalishya has been the headmaster to a school in Rwanda, Africa for orphans and at risk children since 2015. He runs the school for English in Action Rwanda for Marcia Wortman. The program includes:
- Feeding 2-3 meals a day
- Educating the children
- Providing school uniforms and shoes
- Directing and paying the teachers, including a Bible instructor
- Helping with medical needs
- Pay the bills for the school building rent, utilities and WiFi
- Visiting the caregivers’ homes to make sure the children are well cared for

He does all of this with very little pay and his housing. He has a wife and children, yet makes room for other children when the need arises. Alex has been Ordained by Commission Ministers Network.
