Yanic works as a liaison between the U.S. office and Haiti. She has implemented new policies and created a structured environment for employees and children to adhere to. She works with administration to evaluate, enforce, encourage and discipline when necessary. She works with orphans to make sure their physical and emotional needs are met. She educates staff to make sure the children and special needs individuals are well cared for. Yanic works with short-term mission teams on various projects. She works with staff on a monthly budget. She collects and manages funds coming in from Guest House. She works with the children’s pastor and shares Biblical word and disciple children/staff when appropriate.
