Brandon & Katrina Hanks

I have the joy of providing direction and leadership as the Executive Director of Netzer, a cross-denominational, relational network that works to strengthen and unify the Body of Christ through prayer, connection, and equipping (for more information, please visit netzer.org). In addition to being an organizational leader, I also serve functionally as a regional pastor and traveling minister of the gospel, providing shepherding care, preaching / teaching ministry, intercession, relationship-building connections, and coaching to not only congregations and ministries but to pastors and leaders connected to our network in southeastern Pennsylvania. In addition, as a part of my ministry with Netzer, I have had the privilege of traveling to El Salvador to train, and serve pastors and ministry leaders over the last few years. I anticipate additional overseas mission trips in the future. Locally, within the congregation where I am a member, Christ Alone Fellowship in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, I serve unofficially in an unpaid pastoral role, where I use my gifts in the areas of teaching and preaching, as well as shepherding and mentoring young, emerging leaders as well as several of their Elders. I see the Kingdom of God advancing through gospel proclamation, intercessory prayer, growing discipleship, relational reconciliation, leader care and development, teaching ministry, healthier interconnected and interdependent congregations and ministries, and increasing unity and trust between pastors and Christian leaders and those they lead.
